8/16/05 - Kept by Owner 5/21/05 - Here's the latest on this lovely senior...A lump was discovered on Demitria's chest and a vet visit has been scheduled to determine if there is any cause for alarm. She will have additional blood-work taken and her skin allergies will also be reevaluated. Demitria is a happy dog with a winning personality and disposition. This sweet senior needs a family that is willing to provide her with much needed TLC in her golden years.
We will update Demi's page once we receive the vet's findings. 1/7/05 - Demitria Here's another sad story. Demi has been in her home since she was a puppy but now needs to find a new family for her golden years.One of her caretakers has been diagnosed with cancer and the family feels they need to devote all their time to his needs. Demi lives with children ages 14 years and 7 years old. This well behaved girl loves to go for rides in the car but does not like the cold. She sleeps on her own bed and does not go up on furniture but I am sure given the chance could become a couch potato. Demi is not asking for much. She has been a faithful companion to her family for 10 years and now she needs someone to help her adjust leaving the only family she has ever known. Demi needs a chance...please open your heart and home to this special girl. Seniors are the BEST! If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an online application first.
