“ I know there are a lot of Rocky's but I need to pay tribute to our Rocky. I wasn't looking for a dog when my stepson brought you home. You were too much work for him though he loved you so. So it fell to me to train you or was it you who trained me. Anyway you grew up with our young sons one learned to stand with you there for him to pull himself up on. You would play hard and rough with me but were always gentle with my wife. There seemed to be no end to your energy when you were young. I thought you would never slow down. What I wouldn't give to have you in my face again with one of the pull toys you used to love. In the years I had to travel for work you were always there with the kids waiting for me when I got home. Whenever I would work on something around the house you would be there near me watching what I was doing. When anyone in the family was sick you wouldn't leave there side. When you left us my 12 year old son cried my brother. I know we did not lose a pet we lost a son. Rocky was the best dog ever and I hope the family that gets this rocky gets as much joy as our Rocky gave to us. Rocky FOREVER!!! “
