We received another call from a family wanting to surrender their dog due to the breakup of the family.  At 8 years old, Lexi finds herself looking for a new home.  She helped raise the two young children in her former home - so a family with kids would be fine. 

 

Don't let her age deter you - Lexi LOVES to run and play and is in excellent shape.  She does the "boxer bow" and wiggle as well as anyone.  As you can see from the pictures, she is a very pretty and distinguished girl.  She has excellent house manners and does not need a crate when left alone in the house.  She is used to other dogs but DOES NOT DO WELL WITH cats!  She is strong on a leash and could use some direction in this area as she was not leash walked much. 

 

Lexi loves lots of attention, chewing on a nylabone and enjoys going for rides in the car.  She has never met a stranger and greets everyone as if they are her long lost best friend.
