We received another call from a family wanting to surrender their dog. This was another case of a home that did not have enough time to devote to a boxer. We returned the call within 24 hours and learned that they already took their dog to the shelter. We told the family we would bring Molly into our rescue program if the shelter would agree to return her to them. Luckily the shelter has a 24 hour “change your mind” policy so they were able to pick her up the next day. They were horrified to see how stressed and scared she was in a shelter environment in such a short time. They were relieved to get her back and thankful to relinquish Molly to our rescue.

 

Molly will be 3 years old on June 5^TH . She is a pretty fawn girl with a playful attitude. She has excellent house manners and does not need a crate when left alone in the house. She is used to other dogs but does not have experience with cats. She is strong on a leash and could use some direction in this area. A little patience and time will go a long way.

 

Molly likes to cuddle and is thrilled with any kind of attention. She also enjoys lounging on the couch. Like all boxers, she likes to be the center of attention and does not like to be left out of the action. She is spayed and up to date with all inoculations.
