08/08/12: Oh Stella!
Stella is a spayed
female pit bull,
approximately 2 years
old and in excellent
health. She is alert,
learns very quickly,
(can high 5, sit, obeys
"no" command, and
learning the "stay
command). She is working
on her leash training.
She is very eager to
please and is training
well! Stella is full of
love, and would make an
extremely devoted
companion/couch/tv
watching friend. She
loves giving kisses,
having her chest and
belly scratched, hug and
pets. She also likes
running in the yard,
tennis balls, stuffed
toys, frisbees, and rope
pull toys. She is a very
hearty play dog, likes
to roll, wrestle, etc.
She also adores
children. She loves play
time, but is more than
willing to sit quietly,
or be by her owner's
side. Stella had a
rough, inhumane life her
first two years. She was
kept in a cage too small
for her to sit, stand or
turn around in, and was
rescued by Animal
Control. The shelter
workers at animal
control fell in love
with Stella, she is such
a sweet girl! Stella
would probably be
happiest as an "only
dog" situation, since
she is very starved for
love and attention.
