and Kolton Our boxer is Alex. She is the lickingest boxer in the world we think!! Sometimes we play the licking game, we lay on our backs and see who can take the licking on the face the longest....Katy usually wins!! We all have our "special" things we do with Alex, Kenny boxes, Katy cuddles, and Kolton loves to share snacks (especially ice cream) with her! Our mom has a home day care, so lots of kids think Alex is "theirs", but thats okay, cause she sleeps every night in one of our beds. We love Alex, and we know she loves us....she is the BEST!!! |

Nicole My boxer is 2 years old and as loving as he can be.Every day when i get off the bus he is waiting for me at the bus stop. Every weekend we take an walk through the woods around my house.He always takes and thries to show off while he swims in the nasty pond near my house.

Marissa Well my parents both grew up with large dogs,so we ended up with are first boxer pup about 1998 or so her name was casie and we really ment to bet a different puppy but they could not give her up and so we got casie anyway it was only 2 years later that my poor buddy casie was the resalt of a hit and run car accident and died about 3 days after she had gotten hit :( i was very sad yet a light had shined down only 2 day later my vet called us and said that a lady just brought boxer pups in and was gunna sell well 8 weeks later we had our brindle pup jack,now jack is about 3-4 years old and our love had left us with a fawn named brew! brew is currently sick and i hope he get better yet the vertic is pointing downer every vet visit and so does my hope. |

Her oldest is 12 years old and she and I love him dearly. I was born on July 15, 1998. My mother got her second boxer kid In august of 1997, her name was nicki. That was my dog. October 5, 2001 she got out of our back yard and got hit by a train. Man, how we have grieved. My mom decided, not to buy from breeders, and to go about rescuing. Now, lets get to the present. I have a new boxer to call my own. She was a owner give up because of the owners medical problems. My new boxer's name is Haley, she is 1 year old, had never been around toddlers, dogs and cats. She is wonderful. My mom and I wondered if she would be like Nicki. Well guess what, we have found out all boxers are the same, they all have plenty of love and huge hearts. I would just like to say, that I am glad God created boxer dogs, and I know that Nicki asked God to send my mother and I Haley. Nicki knew that Haley would help |

TIA Hi, my name is Tia. I have 3 boxers, and we rescued them all, not from boxer rescue but from other places. Lady was the first one we rescued. She was at the county animal shelter waiting to be adopted or destroyed. We brought her home for my dad for his birthday. She is great, she loves to be loved on. Lady is a brindle boxer with a black mask. Next was Lil' Man, his mommy and daddy were breaking up and when his daddy moved out he had to live under a tree in a strange place. My mommy works with a lady who told her about him and so we went to get him and bring him to live with us. he looks funny because his tongue always sticks out. He is a very big baby. He is a brindle boxer with big doopy cheeks. Last is Ty. My daddy heard about Ty, he was so bad, and needed so much love. He was living under a house tied up in a basement. He is three years old and only weights about 30lbs. Ty was not getting fed every day or getting to go out side. I cried when my daddy brought him home, you could see every bone in his back and ribs, he looked like a skeliton. He didn't even know what dog food was. The flies and fleas had eaten him so bad he had scabs all over him, but me and my mommy and daddy helped make him all better. That was over a month ago. Ty has gained weight and is looking good. He has long legs and is still skinny, but is a good boy and eating more and more every day. Ty is a tan boxer with big brown eyes and droopy ears. They all sleep with me sometimes it gets very crowded, but I love them all. |

While Abby was on the bed as well trying to get attention from him, she decided to sit directly on his head as he rested. What was funny was that Abby would not get off of him and my father was loving it. Lets just say, Abby sure did get his attention after that. :) |

Megan & Joshua S We have a three year old boxer female who loves to play with us. She has had a very hard life, she had cancer at three months old and at about four and a half she was electrocuted but she is doing ok now. Shyann chase us around the yard, and loves to play with the sticks. And she loves to go for car rides she sits between me and my sister. Shyann loves to go for walks too. We love her very much. |

rocky one day rocky and i were in the yard with my other puppies (my outside dog just had), and rocky was playing with them and one of them barked at him and rocky ran away from them it was so funny, a bigger more muscular dog runnig away from a a puppy ten times smaller than him a just wish i would have had a video camera with me!!!!!!! |

Name: emily My boxer, Cora is now 3 1/2. When she was about 2 she went to my aunts house. We had to go somewhere for a night or two. My aunts daughter, Katie 1 1/2 now and just an infant then and her other daughter Nicole 2 1/2 now and 1 then loved Cora. So when we got back from our little vaca. My aunt told me about what Cora had done. She said her husbands brother came over and the whole time cora was spazzing if he got even near her, katie or nicole. So Cora stood directly in beetween the baby and him for the whole hour he was there! So my uncles brother couldn't even touch the baby! (I know it is a little boring but I think it is really smart of her that she did that. It is like above protectiveness its like over protectivess, plus I bragg about her so much because I love her Ü! Abby Age: 15 State: New York Cinders-For as long as I can remember there has been a very special boxer in my life and her name is Cinders. She is 13 or 14 years old(very old for a boxer) and there were many times that I thought we were going to lose her but everytime she refused to leave us and I refused to let go. This has only made our bond stronger. Cinders has become very attached to me in her later years I've become very attached to her. I consider her my dog although she the entire family's. She is the one thing in my life that I will never forget. I'm not sure how to express the bond we share. Although she is going deaf, has trouble getting up and is so spolied that she will bark when she wants to come in she is still as fresh as a dog can be. She even has her own bla Gally- Now Gally is a whole nother story. My cousin was also a boxer lover and grew up with one called Micka, who unfortunatly died of cancer. As my cousin grew up and went to live on his own he decided it was time to get another dog. He ended up with a brindle boxer named Galahad. But time took hold and my cousin realized he needed to change his life so he joined the air force and asked us to take in Gally. Being an animal lover I was more than happy to but my dad wasn't but Gally still came to live with us. Gally was a bundle of energy and a one person dog who choose me as his person. I decided to channle Gally's energy to dog agility. |

Christina Age: 11 State: Ma This is just an update about my last story. Since then, I got another boxer named Meggie. Sometimes we call her Doodle or Doodies. She always snuggles up with me and in the morning she goes room to room to see if anybody's up. If your not awake she'll jump on the bed and kiss ya!! We rescued her from a family who paid no attention to her and she was very sick. Sometimes Meggie gets real jealous if I am petting my other boxer Tino, and not her. She howls and barks but thats okay because we love her anyway!!!! |

Name: joria Age: 15 State: cali I have a all white boxer with littli spots of brown and black but last year on june 13th my father and i was at the park by my house and missey my dog had ran up to the car to greet us ...u could tell she was homeless but was in good condition so my stepfather and i got missey into the car and got her home we showed her to my mother she loved missey. But she had noticed that missey had red eyes so she called the vet the next day and missey went my mother told me that missey had pink eye and that while she was homeless she had been eating rocks to servive...in december missey had got pregnant and had her 7 puppies and none died 2mo.ago missey got fixed...and she is as happy as she's never been and i love her very much...missey is now my best friend and i plan to take her when i move from home.....please send me an e-mail and tell me what u think |

Alex B Age: 12 State: North Carolina I received my dog Midnight on may the 12th in Pilot, North Carolina. We have lived happily together along with my mother for just over four years now. i would consider these the four most happiest years of my life. I owe it all to my dog. Midnight is a mostly black boxer(yes a full blooded boxer that is black) with several white places. Midnight is loved to death by my mom and I. She is such a lazy pooch. Laura Age: 12 State: United Kingdom My boxer is called Nelson. He is white and has a black patch over his eye i didn't choose his name it was my mum. If it was down to me he would be called Dennis or Dixon (arsenal Players) but i suppose after a while i got use to the name. He is such a scatty dog he darts around and goes for the ats so they chase him around the garden. Me and my dad take him out for Hours each day. My mum got him from a breeder in canvey islands or something like that his dad is a show dog as well as his mum, They have won quite alot of things. But unfortunely White boxers can't be show dogs because some breeders find them as a reject to the group and kills them or puts them in homes. Well i know for sure that i wouldn't give my dog up even if it mean't saving me own life he is the best thing that a girl like me could ever want. Nelson is part of the family now and he even has roast dinners on a Sunday and the worst part of all he take up most of my bed i could say that i get left wiv the pillow. But its all a days worth to me. |

Stephanie Age: 12 State: New York My Boxer is named Ginger. We found her at a pound, and she was going to have puppies. A week after we got her, she had her puppies on one of my friend's birthday!!! It was pretty neat to see Ginger give birth to her puppies. We don't know what kind of dog the father was, so we think it was a german shepard. After eight weeks, we found them good homes. But i miss them. Anyway, Ginger is a reddish-brownish color and is very pretty. She likes to chew on bones and lay down by the fireplace. Ginger checks on all of my brothers and me when we go to bed to make sure we are safe. I love my boxer because she has a really neat personality. I will always love my boxer dog!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Neal Age: 8 State: NY I have a 5 year boxer named kelly that i adopted 2 months ago. My mom tricked me and said she was going to get me a t.v. for my room. It took an hour to get there. Then we got to a house and my dad said they had the t.v. they rang the door bell and a sign said beware of dog. then someone answered. We went inside and the person said do you want to keep this dog? I said yes and that is how i got my dog. When I wrote this, she was sitting next to my computer chair watching what I was doing. She even even sleeps in my bed at night. She would lay underneath my bassinet and guard me. If I cried or made any noise or movement, she would go get my mommy. She loves to play out in the snow. Grandpa says she's part kangaroo!! I love Rhapsody very much and I hope lives with me forever. |

Rebecca D Age: 18 State: Mississippi I got my Boxer when i was 8 yrs old. I found her in the ally behind my home, i was walking home from school. My aunt and I called the shelter in town to come pick her up because my grandfather did not like dogs in his home. Well, I called my aunt everyday of the week to find out if anyone had clamed the poor boxer i had saved in the ally. She called everyday for me and to our suprise no one clamed her. The shelter told my aunt that they were going to have to put her down because they did not have enough room. My aunt and I talked it over and we went to go rescue the poor baby. When we got there they shelter people were glad to see use, everybody tried to get the scared boxer to come out of the pen but she just would not move so i gave it a try and she slowly came out of the pen. Ever since that day my Boxer who is 10 yrs old still will only come to me and she stays attached to me like glue (tippy) |

Breezy is a Fawn and white boxer who loves to cuddle and if you take your eyes off of her she pokes you with her paw, she also love treats. Lace is a very wild acting brindle who will steal anything and take it out back and shred it she loves to play and if you ignore her she grabs your hand and pulls until you play, she also loves treats even when the are not hers. Both boxers are attintion hogs and they think they are lap dogs thogh they are both over 40lbs.! but I love them very much. |

He put his muzzle in an underground bees nest. You should have seen what he looked like!!! His eye was swollen shut and I felt very bad for him. We had to take him to a pet emergency room for a shot of medicine. My Boxer gives the best kisses and hugs. He puts his front paws on my shoulders. He also likes to dance with me and my 2 sisters and 1 brother. He is a great dancer. |

F Age: 8 & 7 State: New York We bugged and bugged our Daddy to get a boxer puppy! Luckily Mommy was working behind the scenes (Thanks Nancy!) to find one! When she did he agreed to drive 1 1/2 hrs to look at the litter. There were nine puppies and we got to bottle feed all of them! They were sooooo cute! Daddy fell in love with one, and it's the one we got. Demsey is the name of our puppy. We picked him up at 7 weeks. He's been
a very fun puppy. We got him in July, so we had a very nice summer.
Demsey went camping with us, went to the playgrounds, parks and picnics
with us. We took him to a boxer picnic and everyone loved him too! He's
very handsome. He loves car rides and he goes to puppy class. He's a
show off! Every night Demsey comes into our rooms and jumps on the bed
to kiss us good night then goes into the bathroom and sits for someone
to brush his teeth. Then he likes to lay on Mom and Dad's bed to watch
tv. Demsey is 5 months old now, he weighs 47 lbs and is still very slim!
No matter where we go people take pictures of him and say how beautiful

Carol Age: 14 State: CT In June we got a boxer pup. We named her Cleo because of the way she pranced around and acted like a princess, like Cleopatra. She's fawn with a black and white face and white socks. When she see's me she does, something we call, the wiggle walk. She gets in a horse-shoe shape and wiggles and wags her "nubbly" real fast. She has an older brother named Jake, who's five with no white, just fawn an black. I didn't really think of ever wanting a boxer until I met these two. A lot of people think they're ugly! Name: Kristin Age: 13 State: New York When we first got my boxer Magic, he was 3 months but wild! When we went to the breeder's house we were planning on getting a fawn with a white face but it turned out we got the opposite Magic is brindle with a black face. But when we were going to leave because we didn't like any of their dogs (well i loved them all! but my mom and dad didn't) they said the have 1 more dog buts in everything you don't want. We said we'll look at it anyway. It was down stairs and when they let it out all you herd was "bump, bump, bump" and then here comes a little puppy running up the steps and around the house! He was wild! I was petting another dog and he comes over nocks the dog i was petting down and starts kissing me! It was funny! My dad then said "that's my dog!" and my mom is like "no.....way! that crazy mut is not coming in my house!" B ut me and my dad convinced her and she said yes! And when we were leaving he made a big howl in the car and it was really funny he stuck his head! straight up and howled! Now Magic isn't that wild. |

Now Skye can sit, stay,and drop her ball and bring it back she is constantly learning new tricks and making many friends in the park! She thinks she is the owner of the park and the streets. Two weeks after we got her she had her first bath and what an event that was, as most people know boxers do not like water but, she is mixed with black lab so, she loves the water she would jump in and jump out and soak my best friend, rebecca, my mom and I. Lindsey Age: 10 State: VA I have 4 boxers and I love them. They are all boys and all brown and white. Their names are Rocky, Cooper , Yankee and Buck. They are all between 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 years old. My mom just keeps adopting them! We live in the Blue Ridge Mountains in VA and have over 10 acres of land and my dogs love it! They are always trying to eat my sneakers even when I'm wearing them! They are all crazy !!! My mom and step dad put up a huge fenced in yard so they can run and play all they want to. I let them run free too but they are hard to get back because they start to think its a game if I run to catch them. They let me get a little close and run again, and they do it all the time ! It makes me pretty tired. They are all sweet and they are really nice to my little sister who is 2. They drool alot too, but thats ok. I think my mom would adopt more if she was allowed . They never ever hurt us and just love to lick and play. Cooper always tries to sneak into my room. Yankee and Buck always steal my dads socks and hats, and Rocky is the calmest. He is also the oldest one. He loves my mom the best I think cause she spoils them all and he likes to eat the most. These are my buddies and I love them. |

Timber, my boxer, was the first thing I have ever bought for myself, it took me 2 years to save up money for him and last year he became mine. He is very special, he puts a smile on everyones face even when they're down. He also can be told from any other Boxer with his unoriginal moon-shaped marking centered on his forehead. He has always been a trouble maker but you cant be mad too long at a face like his. Timber has been a big hit with the neighbors too. They drive by my house and never say hi too us, but once they see Timber their windows roll down and they are talking to the dog. My family is just waiting for Timber to be a star, everybody loves him, he is the life of the city! |

In the morning she comes in my room and gives me puppy kisses to wake me up for school. After school she likes to run outside. She is a playful, hyper, and happy puppy. My door is closed at night so she trys to sniff under the door. When I let her in my room, she jumps on my bed and lays down. | Name: Danielle Age: 14 State: IL My Boxers name is Rock. Rock is a male brindle with a white line going down his chest, he will be 3 on May 18. He is a friendly, playful and happy dog. He loves to sleep on my bed with me. Rock loves to be with other dogs. He is very spoiled by my dad. My dad and my step-mom would love to have a playmate for Rock, so I keep telling them about Romeo (the dog up for adoption, in your other section). He loves to have his ears rubbed. He also loves to give kisses. The only bad thing is that he snores and farts a lot! Rock has long legs for a Boxer, so he is much taller then other Boxers. He loves when dogs chase after him, because he loves to run. Rock is in good shape. He doesn't need a leash on him at all. He has a girlfriend across the street, that he loves to play with, her name is Emma (Emma is a white lab). My step-mom trained Rock to ring a bell, that hangs off the doorknob, whenever he wants to go out! He also loves to go after squirrels, he caught one squirrel and then let it go. Name: Beth Age: 12 State: Maine I have a boxer dog and she is a fawn. Her name is candy-cane but wecall her candy for short. I named her that because i got her at Christmas time. She is 2 and a quarter years old, she will turn 3 in human years in October or November. She is the best dog i have ever had!!! She is very lovable and caring. She knows her manners when guests come to visit and when my uncle comes up from Massachusettshe his brindle boxer named Sasha and Candy play and have a jolly ole time. She can also be bad at sometimes when nature calls and she does it on the floor!! I'm real happy that there are so many people who have and adopt boxers.
