July 23,
1992 to April 27, 2001
On December 27th, 1992 Jeff brought you into our lives. Those big eyes,
that face......you quickly became our little man. You were gentle,
sensitive and protective.

We will always remember the special times you shared with us. We loved
to watch you proudly run in the backyard, boy you were a speed demon...
The car was your favorite spot, even when it wasn't moving....
The playful fights with your boxer 'sister' Brandi of 3 years....
The endless whining at dinner.....
That 'what do you think your doing' look....
We will remember the amazing runs at the beach, at the parks - you left
your mark everywhere you went, especially in our hearts.

In June of 2000, in our backyard, an unexpected tragedy had happened.
Your body froze, You had collapsed we later found out that you had your
first seizure. For the next ten uneasy months, with medication, we tried
to control your seizures, to no avail.
We could no longer bear watching your once healthy body and mind
deteriorate rapidly. We had to make the hardest decision in our lives.
we know you were scared and so were we. Please know we did this for you.
Last night April 27, 2001 at 7:45pm you went to rainbow heaven. My
little man - please know that every time we look out the window - we
will see you.
Everytime we get into our cars - we will see you.
Everytime we sit to eat dinner - we will hear you.
Everytime we go to sleep - we will think of you.
We miss you so much.... We will never forget you. You left your mark in
our hearts, mind and soul. Our special boy, we cant wait to meet up with
you again....
We love you dexter.
Love, Jeffery, Jason, Vanessa, Mom, Dad and Brandi Jerome
