- Memorial - Brandi
When we got Brandi out of the shelter she could not sleep or sit down or relax. After several vet visits our vet came to the conclusion that she had a brain tumor. It was in her best interest to kindly euthanize her with her foster Mom hugging her. We tried meds and nothing could get her to sleep for more than 2 hrs. She seemed so stressed and anxiety ridden. Whomever dumped her must have know she was ill. It's a sad day in rescue. Brandi will go on in our hearts here in rescue. Scranton boxerrescue 06/11/03 - Brandi Brandi is a Sr. boxer that was left behind when her owner moved and he never came back for her. The relative she was left with, surrendered her to animal control who brought her to the local shelter. It is a kill shelter and we need a foster for this sweet girl asap. She is good with other dogs, and is housebroken. She is good with older kids,6 yrs and up. She was fine with the cats and showed no interest in them. She will be updated on all shots at our vets on Mon. Please help us and foster or adopt this wonderful sweet boxer girl.
