Well it has been a month since Gucci has joined our home. He really is a great dog who tries so hard to please you. At this point I would say he is house-trained.....we have had no accidents in over 4 days!!!

Just like a puppy he must have toys to chew and play with or he will chew other things. He thinks all stuffed animals are his so we have to be careful.

I have never seen a dog love a child as much as Gucci does our toddler. He follows our toddler around, and whatever room he is playing in Gucci must be in. If he is on the couch, Gucci is laying next to him. Sometimes I wonder who the Mother is around here!!!

The other day I took Gucci to visit some family with me. They have a huge fenced in yard and a hound/pitt bull mix dog. For 4 1/2 hours these two dogs ran and played, only stopping for a drink of water. He fell asleep on the way home and could barely keep his eyes open to eat before passing out again. Gucci really loves other dogs and he so wants to play. A home with another dog would be so wonderful for him.

I only crate Gucci when I leave, otherwise he is free to roam indoors at will. We have no problem getting him in the crate. Lately he has to get the last word as well...he will "talk" to you. That is not to say he is a noisy or yappy dog, he just likes to talk sometimes when he feels lonely or ignored.

He really is a lovable dog, he so just wants to be close to you. He likes to lay on my husband on the couch, not next to him but on him!!! Take a good look at his picture, his eyes tell the story, his gentle nature is evident for all to be seen.

Meet Gucci, what a handsome boy he is!!! Gucci is 6 months old and came from a home that could not give him the time nor attention that he deserved. He was kept in a crate for long periods at a time. Gucci has natural ears and a beautiful natural tail (which he likes to chase)!

Since being in his foster home he is doing great. He is a typical boxer boy who gives lots of kisses and wiggles. He has a very sweet and loving personality, he loves other dogs and all people big and especially small. His foster home has a 2 year old toddler, and Gucci is surprisingly gentle for a puppy. He sleeps with the child and will follow him around giving kisses, he almost thinks he is the protector. He has gotten into the habit of checking on everyone at night. Like all boxers he believes that he is a lap dog.

Gucci walks good on a leash, limited pulling for a puppy. He has only had 2 accidents in the 4 days in foster, that is with not being crated at all. He is on the thin side but with lots of love and care he should fatten right up.

We had Gucci neutered, updated all his shots etc. and he is ready to go. He is such a great dog, could you be the person to make this puppy's dreams come true?
