Meet Rocco - NBR's Christmas baby - yup, Rocco's birthday is December 25th. 

Rocco was surrendered to rescue by his young owner who realized that he just did not have enough time for this love bug. At 11 months, Rocco is a typical young boxer boy, full of fun! He's in his foster home with 2 male boxers and a cat and he's wonderful with all of them! As a matter of fact, Rocco is great with kids, adults, cats, dogs, everyone! 

Rocco is about 90% housebroken (he can hold out for 6 - 7 hours), he's crate trained and he walks very nicely on lead. Rocco knows basic commands and he'll give you high 5's - how's that for a fun guy! Rocco loves to cuddle (his favorite place to sleep after a hard workout is ON you), he loves car rides, loves to chase sticks and balls, loves to bat an empty soda bottle around, and any toy you happen to have around the house is his favorite! 

We'd love to see Rocco in a home with a fenced in yard and another large dog to play with - true to the breed, Rocco plays hard with other dogs but is very gentle with people. And just in case you're wondering, his teeth don't stick out - we just thought this picture was too cute not to share with everyone.
