09/26/02 -
Tammy is doing very well with her foster family! The first night she came to us, she walked right into our house with typical boxer enthusiasm. She wasn't afraid of a thing... not even her cranky foster brother Luke. She now weighs in at 44 pounds. She has overcome tapeworm, but now has a bad case of Kennel Cough :( Even when she coughs, her little tail still wags! She is an absolute treat to be with. She is grateful for every little thing you do for her. She gets so happy she can't walk straight, her whole body wiggles! She seems so relaxed, it is very hard to believe that she was ever abused. There is not one negative thing to say about this little girl! Here is a picture of her sitting in her yard... one of her favorite things to do! 09/13/02 - Tammy is a near 7yr old flashy fawn female boxer. She was being starved and turned over to the cruelty officers of a PA shelter. She weighs about 34lbs and should be around 55. She has had all her shots and is HW neg. and is in relatively good shape considering her situation. She is super sweet and loves everyone, all ages. She is good with other dogs and we don't know about cats at this time. She is a gem of a dog and is going to be a beautiful girl once she gets back in shape. Please help her.
