"Boots"


This dog has been adopted but has not yet completed the two week "trial period" in it's new home. We are no long accepting applications or inquiries. Should the placement prove to be a poor fit for dog and/or family, he/she will be moved to the AVAILABLE section on the Available Dogs page.

• 7/14/01 -  Boots is a handsome 2 year old (birthdate 6/8/99) male brindle boxer surrendered to rescue by his owners. They have only had him a about a month as they took him in when they learned the owner, (a relative), planned to take him to a shelter. They never intended to keep him but did not want to see him put through the stress of shelter life. He adjusted very well at their home where there are two permanent canine residents. Boots lived with children and cats at his first home and we have been told he got along very well with them.
