10/01/02 -
Captain is currently enrolled in an intensive training program where he will remain for the next 6 to 8 weeks. Although he is a great dog with his "family", he is overprotective when he sees certain strange men. It was not noted in his previous write up that Captain has one eye missing. We have no idea how he lost his eye, but we suspect that he may have been abused by a man.
7/19/02 - Captain is again available for adoption. He needs to live with another dog. 7/12/02 - Captain has been adopted. 7/11/02 - Captain is a joy. He is in a foster home with a male and a female boxer and 2 small kids. He is a great dog. He loves everyone and everything. He is a fawn male boxer that is neutered and is great in the house all day and night. He was a stray picked up by a city shelter in PA. He had his name tags on, and when the shelter called the family that owned him they said they would be right over to get him. Two weeks later he was still there. We took him right in. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an online application first. Then e-mail the contact below. Be sure to include your full name, city, state, and zip code in the subject line of your message. |
