Cookie & Butch

Adopted 5/29/02

4/25/02 - Cookie & Butch's owners moved to Florida & left them behind, on their front porch. Their neighbors had been taking care of them for the past three months, taking them in at night, and letting them roam during the day.

Cookie is around 8 years old.  She just wants to be loved, and when her tail wags, her whole big body wags with it.  As you can see, she could stand to lose a few pounds. She is a happy pug who is very very snorty! She will be going in to have eye surgery and her teeth cleaned.

Butch is around 6, and he loves to sit in your lap.  He will just sit calmly and let you pet him. At first he was a little shy, but now he just can't get enough lovin!  Butch needs to be neutered & also have a cyst removed from his eye.  Butch is a bit wobbly in the behind because he has some nerve damage, the good news is that it is painless.

They are both house trained, and very well-behaved, quiet pugs.  Don't let the gray fool you, these two have plenty of spunk left in them! Many pugs go gray very early. Once all of their vet work is done, they will be ready to be adopted together into a cozy warm home with some pug lovin' people that they can call their own.
