ADOPTED 3/4/02
3/01/02 - Daisy was a pleasure yesterday. I picked her up from the shelter and brought her to our vet. She was great in the car (no crate needed), great on the leash and what a kisser. She give nibbles along with her kisses and feels she must give a very big enthusiastic "hello". She is as sweet as can be, a bit curious with the cat, but great with the 2 other boxers. We are still unsure about her allergy to plastic, as the people at the shelter felt that her skin got more red and irritated when she was exposed to plastic. It is nothing terrible, just a bit uncomfortable for her.
2/28/02 - This is Daisy. She is as sweet as can be, just as her facial expression shows. She was brought into a vets office to be euthanized because she is allergic to plastic. We will be getting more info on her so-called plastic allergy, and will let you know if it really exists. A worker at the vets office fell in love with Daisy, but when Daisy got home, the resident dog did not greet Daisy with a warm welcome. This is how this poor baby ended up in a shelter, and now with us.
