"Diamond"

This dog has been adopted but has not yet completed the two week "trial period" in it's new home. We are no long accepting applications or inquiries. Should the placement prove to be a poor fit for dog and/or family, he/she will be moved to the AVAILABLE section on the Available Dogs page.

• 11/9/01 - Diamond is a  gorgeous 18 month old flashy fawn male boxer that will be neutered this coming Monday. He is great with other dogs, big and little. He needs to go to a home without kids. He was teased by a neighborhood boy and is afraid of kids. He lived with 2 small kids but is very protective of them and with this history we want a home without kids. He is very sweet but need a home with boxer experience. We feel in time he will be a great dog but needs time to adjust to a normal home where he is not afraid. He is happy to just hang out and be pet. He is crate trained and housebroken and for the right home he will be a great friend for life.
