dog has been adopted but has not yet completed the two week "trial
period" in it's new home. Should the placement prove to be a poor fit for dog and/or
family, he/she will be moved to the AVAILABLE section on the Available Dogs page.

- 5/19/01 - Dixie is a 2 yr old
flashy fawn female boxer. She has natural ears and a docked tail. She is
gorgeous. She is good with other dogs, having lived with a male rotty her
whole life. She is great with kids, slept in a bed with a 7yr old boy. She is
in great shaped and we will have her spayed as soon as she is able to be
spayed. She is very sweet and would love a fenced yard to run around in, she
has never had one and we feel she needs one so that she can play like the pup
she is
