Ginger"
ADOPTED 1/3/02 This dog has been adopted but has not yet completed the two week trial period in its new home. Should the placement prove to be a poor fit for dog and/or family, the will be moved to the available dogs section.
12/08/01 - Ginger has come back to rescue because she was not getting along with the other female boxer in the home. Ginger has been through training since she came into foster and no longer jumps up on people from behind. She is a very high energy boxer and needs to have a family that has a fenced yard and is committed to continuing her obedience training. Ginger is NOT good with cats.

Ginger is up to date with all her shots, she has been spayed. She is 1 1/2 yrs old, 2 on dec.4th, weighs about 47 lbs. she gets along with other dogs but wants to play constantly and can tire other pets easily, we haven't seen a vicious moment from her but she is very active. She will run behind you and charge from behind and can knock a person down, that is how we got her. A lady bought her for her 77yr old aunt as a pup & got to be too much for the elderly lady. We love her and have tried to have patience with her but my daughter resides with us since April and has a golden retriever and my other daughter comes over with her 2 boxers and it is a mad house!! Ginger needs a good home with love and patience.
