"Happy"
This dog has been adopted but has not yet completed the two week "trial period" in it's new home. Should the placement prove to be a poor fit for dog and/or family, he/she will be moved to the AVAILABLE section on the Available Dogs page.
9/06/01 - Poor Happy has lived most of his life tied outside where he entertained himself by eating rocks :( Because of this habit, his teeth have been worn away so as they are barely visible at all. We're very glad that he found his way to rescue and a warm "inside" bed and the attention he so
desperately craves. Happy will be 7 years old in November, weighs
approximately 50 lbs and is being neutered later this week. He LOVES other
dogs, ALL people and ADORES cats - rather than chase them, he prefers to
lick them clean :) What a good boy! If you're looking for that perfect
companion, Happy is definitely for you!!!!
