Follow Up: Rocco (Rocky)

Hello NBR

My husband Pat and I adopted Rocco (Rocky) in May of 2002 from Penn. He needed surgery for a serious case of TMJ and everyone at boxer rescue was great. He was like a new dog after the surgery, much more active and outgoing. He is doing great and loves hanging out with his sister Khoba (Rhodesian Ridgeback). He is a very calm and cuddly boxer. He tries to sit in everyone's lap when they visit. He also likes to sleep on the bed (this is hard with 2 people and 2 dogs). We call him the comforter thumb tack because you can't move him when he curls up in a ball.

He gets so excited when he knows he is going out for a drive. He practically knocks you over to get out the door. It is wonderful to see him sprinting around the yard knowing he spent his first few years in a kennel. He has given us such joy and we love him to pieces. Thanks so much Dawn, Jamie, and Pam.

I am sending along a few pictures (5 in all in 3 emails). I got a digital camera and the dogs are my favorite subjects.
