"Maggie"
This dog has been adopted but has not yet completed the two week "trial period" in it's new home. Should the placement prove to be a poor fit for dog and/or family, he/she will be moved to the AVAILABLE section on the Available Dogs page.
7/29/01 - Beautiful Maggie was found tied to a tree in a local State Park - apparently abandoned by her owners :( She is a beautiful brindle girl who loves everyone she meets. We are estimating her age at about 3 years, but our vet will give us a better idea when she is spayed next week. Maggie seems fine with the other dogs she has met, but we don't know how she is with cats.
Since we have no prior history of her with children, she can not be placed
in a home with children under the age of 10 years. Maggie would love a new
home where her new owners will love her as much as she will love them.
