"Nash"

This dog has been adopted but has not yet completed the two week "trial period" in it's new home. We are no long accepting applications or inquiries. Should the placement prove to be a poor fit for dog and/or family, he/she will be moved to the AVAILABLE section on the Available Dogs page.

• 7/23/01 - Nash is a 7 month old male retriever mix . He is 45 lbs. and very skinny so I'm not quite sure what he'll look like at the proper weight. (at least 55lbs). His snout looks like a great dane but it is doubtful. I see pit in

  him but may be not. He is neutered and has his shots, Housebroken, pretty

  much, and crate trained. I suggest some sessions with a trainer or an

  obedience class. But he is basically very well behaved for his age, very

  smart and easy to train. Seems to like everyone. LOVES my other dogs. Don't know about cats - not much response at the vet.. He was found by me

  wandering in Red Hook. Call if you have any questions.
