SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT
There has been a letter circulating from a few former volunteers that have started another rescue which has confused many of you. We would like to take this opportunity to set the record straight.
We have been receiving numerous phone calls and emails asking if Northeastern Boxer Rescue has had a name change. We assure you that we have NOT changed the name of the organization you have come to know, love, and trust over the years.
We are proud to say that NBR’s mission and our original objective continues. Our organization remains a hands-on rescue that works for the welfare of the dogs that need us the most. We promote education which informs others about the realities of pet guardianship, promote neutering, and encourage responsible care. It is our hope that our efforts will enhance the lives of people as well as companion animals.
Volunteers come and go, and we hope that the knowledge they have gained from our organization will help them in their quest to help needy dogs. However, we vow that the integrity and goals which NBR was founded will never be compromised.
We appreciate your support in the past, and ask that you continue to help us in our pursuit. With your assistance, the neediest dogs will always have someone to help them.
